Asas de Fibra (Wings of Fiber) is born from the personal story of author Mena Lourenço, who in 2012 created, on social media, a community of women living with fibromyalgia. From the very beginning, the purpose was both simple and profound: to share daily life, challenges, and the experience of living with a condition still so often misunderstood by society.

Throughout these pages, readers will find meaningful moments from in-person gatherings that gradually transformed a virtual group into real, lasting bonds.
