FAQ – Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).
How does the return work?
The customer must ship the item back to our studio/atelier (not to the factory). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
What if the item is defective?
In that case, we take full responsibility and will send you a new piece at no extra cost.
What happens to returned pieces?
We give them a new life: they may be used in photoshoots, sold in sample sales, or offered in special campaigns.
